1. Online Listing Activity and Analytics
As part of my exclusive service, your listing will be seen in several websites, not just MLS® and REALTOR.ca. A significant portion of potential home buyers search for their new homes online and by themselves. That means having an Online Presence is now a crucial component of the overall marketing campaign in order to attract as much interest in your home as possible.
Two of my team members are specifically assigned to market all listings to dozens of websites including social media sites and youtube video uploads. Below is a sample of websites where my listings will be published and marketed as part of my service, including the MLS® and REALTOR.ca.

2. PROJECT Management to sell your home
I’ve found it very productive to treat every home for sale as a separate Project. You are the owner, and I am the Project Manager. As Project Manager, I will outline the options available and point out the best route to get your house ready to market.
We’ll go room-by-room and take as much time as necessary for me to recommend options for you to consider that will make your home more inviting. When you and the property are ready, a marketing plan is then discussed so that the best course of action for YOU is laid out.

3. PROPERTY Management for your home
Things can happen while the home is listed for sale, and many times things do happen. When things don’t go as smoothly as planned, I become a part of the crisis management team. You can see from other pages on this website I have good experience in this area.
As your Property Manager, and while the property is listed with me, I am the one to call if you suddenly need a plumber, electrician, drywaller, painter or anything else.
In one home I “managed” during a listing I arranged for basement waterproofing, while in another home I arranged for the replacement of damaged carpeting and even co-ordinated the installation while the home owner was out of town.
